These terms apply to stays booked directly with Pierre through this website. Stays booked on Airbnb or Booking.com follow the terms of that platform.

How a direct booking works
You send a request with your dates from this site. It is not a booking and nothing is charged.
Pierre checks availability and replies by e-mail with a written offer: final price, payment details and the cancellation policy that applies to your dates.
Your stay is confirmed once you have accepted the offer and the payment requested in it has been received.
Price
Prices shown on this site are indicative. The price in the written offer is the one that applies.
Greek law adds a climate resilience fee per night: €8 from April to October, €2 from November to March. It is included in the indicative total.
Cancellation
The cancellation conditions are stated in the written offer, before you pay anything.
Please note that direct bookings are not covered by platform protection schemes such as AirCover. Travel insurance is recommended.
The house
Up to 4 guests. Arrival from 15:00 with self check-in, departure by 11:00.
A narrow spiral stair links the two floors and a short, steep stair leads up to the οντάς: the house is not suitable for children aged 2 to 12, and please bear it in mind if you have reduced mobility.
Please respect the quiet of the village, especially in the evening.
Personal data
The details you send with a request (name, e-mail, phone, message, dates) are used only to answer it and to organise your stay. They are not shared or used for marketing. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
